COVID-19
Travelers who acquire COVID-19 symptoms while in Malaysia should be tested and, if positive, follow the current protocol for positive COVID-19 cases.Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 must be isolated for seven days under a Home Surveillance Order (HSO).
Individuals can be discharged from isolation on the fourth, fifth, or sixth day if they are asymptomatic and the results of an RTK Ag test performed by a registered medical practitioner are negative. COVID-19 detection tests are not required for discharge on the seventh day.

CANCELLATION AND OR NO SHOW
• Full refund shall be made for written request/instruction from Client for cancellation made 30 days ahead of check in date which acknowledged received by Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd.
• No refund for cancellation made less than 30 days from the check in date and no show.
• We will charge 25% for cancellation or changes make 45 days prior to the arrival date & 100% charge for cancellation or changes make with less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• After commencement of service, no refund in part or full will be given for the services provided.
• For tours which our company has to subcontract with other agents such as the Selingan Turtle Island, Labuk Bay, the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center and the Gomantong Caves, a full cancellation charge will be imposed upon for any cancellation for confirmed bookings
• Fee paid will be refunded in full if cancellation is made by Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd on following condition:
a) Rough sea preventing to proceed to Libaran Island during that particular day.
b) As when and where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
