These TERMS AND CONDITIONS describe and control the services rendered as well as the corresponding obligations and liabilities.
By submitting the booking request form online or by email, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the booking as well as the payment methods. It also signifies that the client has the authority to act on behalf of the people listed on the booking request form for the travel and tour services. The listed individuals in the booking request form, along with any accompanying travelers, are referred to as the "Guest" for the purposes of these booking terms and conditions.
1) All the above rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and based on SIC (seat in coach).
2) All above rates exclude tax(es) imposed by the government of Malaysia. Please refer our tax list.
3) All free individual travelers (FIT) reservations must be guaranteed seven (7) working days prior to guest
arrival.
4) All group reservation must be guaranteed sixty (60) working days prior to guest arrival.
5) All tours exclude Airfares, Airport taxes, Camera/Video Fees and alcoholic/ carbonate/ juice drinks.
6) Rates inclusive of stated meals, stated scheduled transfers and boat rides and accommodation in chalets
within Agamid wing of Nature Lodge Kinabatangan.
7) Boat trips and night walk are subjected to the weather/safety condition.
8) Child rate (below 12 years of age) is 20% OFF agent rate for Agamid Package and Civet Package. All
tour participants are advised to purchase accident, baggage lost and general liability insurance for their
travel duration so as to protect their travel plan.
9) Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to accept any non-guaranteed reservations.
10) All reservations are considered guaranteed only upon full payment.
11) Change of date is allowed but subject to availability.
12) Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn. Bhd only acts as the ground handling operator for hotels, transport carriers,
passenger boats, airlines, tourist office and all other contractors (generally termed as Agent) and as such,
shall not be held responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, accident, changes of airplane
schedules, strikes, political or civil commotion etc…caused by or arising from circumstances beyond
our control.
13) We reserved the right to change the itineraries with or without notice if found in the best of all concerned.
14) All are subjected to spaces availability.
15) The above are on cash term basis. All agents requiring credit will need the approval of our credit
department.
16) Guaranteed reservations are non-transferable/refundable.
17) We reserve the right not to accept any non-guaranteed reservations.
Each guest is allowed to carry only one bag and one carry-on item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. Maximum Dimensions of Carry on Luggage: 24” x 14” x 9” (length x width x height). Maximum Dimensions of bag / suitcase / backpack: 62 linear inches / 158 cm (length + width + height). If you have more bags than permitted or your bags exceed the linear restrictions, please inform us beforehand so we may do the necessary preparations to accommodate your luggage. Failure to do so will result in either penalty fees or they may need to carry your own luggage. Penalty fees will be charged RM20 per luggage. Applicable for Nature Lodge Kinabatangan and Walai Penyu Conservation Park
a)12 units of Agamid chalets with air-condition and attached bathroom. (2 or 3 pax for each unit)
b) 8 unit of dorm with fan and common bathroom (6 beds for each unit)
2. NATURE LODGE SEPILOK
a) 6 unit of Deluxe Room with air-condition and attached bathroom (1 or 2 pax for each unit)
b) 12 unit of Private Room with air-condition and attached bathroom (1 or 2 pax for each unit)
c) 4 unit of Dormitory with air-condition/fan and common bathroom (6-8 bed for each unit)
3. WALAI PENYU CONSERVATION PARK, LIBARAN ISLAND
a)10 unit of Private Tent (glamping) with air-condition and common bathroom (Twin)
Meals as mentioned in the itinerary will be provided to the guests during their stay. We also cater for
special diet e.g. vegetarian. We reserved the right to change or alter the menu of the same price whenever
necessary
1) No refund for cancellation made less than 30 days from the check in date and no show.
2) We will charge 25% for cancellation or changes make 45 days prior to the arrival date & 100% charge
for cancellation or changes make with less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
3) After commencement of service, no refund in part or full will be given for the services provided.
4) For tours which our company has to subcontract with other agents such as the Selingan Turtle Island,
Labuk Bay, the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center and the Gomantong Caves, a full cancellation
charge will be imposed upon for any cancellation for confirmed bookings
5) Fee paid will be refunded in full if cancellation is made by Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd on following
condition:-
a) Rough sea preventing to proceed to Libaran Island during that particular day.
b) As when and where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
