TERM & CONDITIONS

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS describe and control the services rendered as well as the corresponding obligations and liabilities.


By submitting the booking request form online or by email, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the booking as well as the payment methods. It also signifies that the client has the authority to act on behalf of the people listed on the booking request form for the travel and tour services. The listed individuals in the booking request form, along with any accompanying travelers, are referred to as the "Guest" for the purposes of these booking terms and conditions.

LUGGAGE

Please be advised that you are going to outdoor activity. We advise you to travel light. If you need us to carry your luggage [Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 24” x 14” x 9” (length x width x height) + weight 20kg] Handling fees of RM 5 per bag per travelling section will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION TYPE

1. TANINI KINABATANGAN

a) 10 units of Bangkatan Superior Chalet with air-condition and attached bathroom. (2 or 3 pax for each unit)

b) 6 units of Buaya Superior Air-Conditioned Chalet with river view, balcony and attached bathroom. (2 or 3 pax for each unit

c) 4 units of Gajah Deluxe Air-Conditioned Chalet with jungle view, balcony with air-condition and attached bathroom. (2 or 3 pax for each unit)

d) 7 unit of dorm with air-condition, fan and common bathroom (6 beds for each unit)

2. TANINI SEPILOK

a) 6 units of Deluxe Room with air-condition and attached bathroom (1 or 2 pax for each unit

b) 12 units of Superior Room with air-condition and attached bathroom (1 or 2 pax for each unit)

c) 4 units of Dormitory with air-condition/fan and common bathroom (6-8 bed for each unit

3. WALAI PENYU CONSERVATION PARK, LIBARAN ISLAND

a) 10 units of Private Tent (glamping) with fan and common bathroom (Twin)

MEALS

Meals as mentioned in the itinerary will be provided to the guests during their stay. We also cater for special diet e.g. vegetarian. We reserved the right to change or alter the menu of the same price whenever necessary

Full payment should be either by cash or cheque upon confirmation. Please make payment to:

We reserved the rights to decline a tour should payment be delayed. A credit facility is available upon request with the agreement of full payment before the tour

TOUR VOUCHER

Tour voucher from Travel Agent who has credit facility must be presented by guest(s) before the tour commences.

THE TRIP SHOULD CONDITION / SITUATION IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

RESERVATION POLICY

a) All the above rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and based on SIC (seat in coach).

b) All above rates exclude tax(es) imposed by the government of Malaysia. Please refer to our tax list.

c) All free individual travelers (FIT) reservations must be guaranteed fourteen (14) working days prior to guest arrival.

d) All group reservation must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to guest arrival.

e) All tours exclude Airfares, Airport taxes, Camera/Video Fees and alcoholic/carbonate/juice drinks.

f) Rates inclusive stated meals, stated scheduled transfers and boat rides and accommodation in chalets in Tanini Kinabatangan.

g) Boat trips and night walk are subjected to the weather/safety condition.

h) Child rate (below 12 years of age) is 20% OFF agent rate for TK Package and Civet Package. All tour participants are advised to purchase accident, baggage loss and general liability insurance for their travel duration so as to protect their travel plan.

i) Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to accept any non-guaranteed reservations.

j) All reservations are considered guaranteed only upon full payment.

k) Change of date is allowed but subject to availability.

l) Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd only act as the ground handling operator for hotels, transport carriers, passenger boats, airlines, tourist office and all other contractors (generally termed as Agent) and as such, shall not be held liable/responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, accident, changes of airplane schedules, strikes, political or civil commotion, etc. caused by or arising from circumstances beyond our control.

m) We reserved the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best of all concerned.

n)All are subjected to spaces availability.

o) The above are on cash term basis. All agents requiring credit will need the approval of our credit department.

p) Guaranteed reservations are non-transferable/refundable.

CANCELLATION AND/OR NO SHOW

CANCELLATION AND/OR NO SHOW

a) No refund for cancellation made less than 30 days from the check in date and no show.

b) After commencement of service, no refund in part or full will be given for the services provided.

c) For tours which our company has to subcontract with other agents such as the Selingan Turtle Island, Labuk Bay, the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and the Gomantong Caves, a full cancellation charge will be imposed upon for any cancellation for confirmed bookings.

Fee paid will be refunded in full if cancellation is made by Nasalis Larvatus Tours Sdn Bhd on following condition:

 a) Rough sea preventing to proceed to Libaran Island during that particular day.

b) As when and where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances

CANCELLATION POLICY

GIT Cancellation Policy

  • 60 - 45 days prior to group arrival: 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 45 days prior to group arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 30 days prior to group arrival: 100% cancellation fee. No refund

FIT Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made after guarantee payment and less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee. No refund

Example:

  • Tour Date: 01st February 2025

Full Payment Required : 03rd December 2024

  • 25% cancellation surcharge: 03rd – 18th December 2024
  • 50% cancellation surcharge: 19th December 2024 – 02nd January 2025
  • 100% cancellation surcharge: 03rd January onwards
