All reservation CANCELLED less than 48 hours or NO SHOW will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
In the event of heavy rain, for the safety of our guests and staffs, we reserve the right not to conduct the boat rides.
In cases of natural calamities like flood, rain, land slide etc, NO REFUND will be given back to client(s) after the commencement of tour pick up.

Sample Itinerary

DAY 1

0800hrs
Pick up from hotel within Sandakan. Transfer to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center. The Orang Utans feeding time is at 1000hrs

0830hrs
Pick up from Sandakan Airport. Transfer to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center.The Orang Utans feeding time is at 1000hrs.

1100hrs‍
Lunch at Mango Garden Restaurant Sepilok.

1230hrs
Transfer to the Nature Lodge Kinabatangan (approximately 2 hours journey). Reach at Kampung Bilit jetty, take 3 minutes boat ride to Nature Lodge Kinabatangan.

‍1500hrs
‍Welcome drinks will be served upon arrival. Orientation by our receptionist. Aluminum water bottle are distributed to all staying guests, as part of our effort to reduce the usage of plastic. After that, proceed to check in to your room.

1600hrs
Evening boat cruise along Kinabatangan River banks.

1800hrs
Return to Lodge to freshen up and then enjoy dinner in the midst of the Kampung Bilit secondary jungle!

2000hrs:
After dinner, go for a guided night walks to enjoy the wilderness and watch sleeping birds and nocturnal creatures of the jungle. Overnight at the Lodge. (L, D)

DAY 2

0600hrs
Morning river cruise.

0700hrs
Return to the lodge for breakfast.

0830hrs
Bid your farewell to our staff before continue your journey back to Sandakan and transfer to either your hotel or airport. (BF)

Great introduction to jungle in Malaysia
The staff at the lodge are very welcoming g and accommodating. My bungalow was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well.I was relocated to this property because the tour I booked which included other activities ended up being full at my original accommodation.

Great boat tours, and night walks with friendly, knowledgeable staff. We saw lots of birds, orangutans, proboscis monkeys and pygmy elephants! We were picked up from our hotel in Sepilok and taken straight to the lodge which was very convenient.

From scared to amazed
It was amazing!!!!! Thank you for all the effort and kindness. I’m so happy we got to see all of the animals and thankfull for all the explanations and knowledge shared with us <3Also the rooms were clean and the temperature at the room was perfect and the food was delicious

Amazing experience in Kinabatangan RiverVery good experience in Kinabatangan River. I highly recommend this resort to expend a few days doing different activities such as night walk in the jungle, boat cruise (if you’re lucky you could see Elephants). Good food, well cleaned!!!

Amazing days in kinabatangan river
We made de 3D2N packs and the experience was incredible. The most enjoyable part of the trips were the rivers cruises while finding the wildlife.Be prepared for the exciting night walks and the other activities that the people of the Nature Lodge Kinabatangan will offer you!!!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. The guide showed an incredible knowledge of the animals and their environment. We saw a lot of monkey species, orangutans, birds even elephants (small supplement)... I would completely repeat it and recommend it!!!
